Return Policy:

 

We hope you have a wonderful experience shopping with us. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send us an email at endy@hairmajesticshop.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve your complaint. All items authorized to be returned must in the form it was received, in the original package, unworn, lace must be uncut, not stained or handled roughly. Please note that only authorized returns would be accepted.

 

Refund Policy

 

Once your order has been confirmed as received, we will issue you a full refund in form of a store credit which can be used to shop with us at anytime or credit back into the card that was used.

If your complaint is as a result our product not meeting quality guarantee and/or description. We will issue a full refund for the item purchased.

If you decide you do not want the order due to personal reasons, a $15 flat fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and handling costs. 

Please note that return shipping cost would be borne by the customer.

 

Order Cancellation:

 

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase by sending an email to endy@hairmajesticshop.com. After the 2-hour mark, you will be charged a 5% handling fee. You may change your order at anytime before shipment and at a fee of 5% of the cost of the item . If your order has shipped, you will not be able to change the order.

 

Order Shipment:

 

Orders are typically shipped the next business day using the USPS first class mail. We will email the tracking number to the customer. It takes 3-5 working days for the customer to receive the item after it has shipped. Please note that their may be unexpected delays with shipping due to COVID 19. 

 

Notice:

Hair Majestic Shop reserves the right to reject any returned item if they have been altered in any way or if we suspect fraudulent activities.
